Sound Healing immersions. You will experience Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes and tuning forks that will shift you into a deep state of relaxation by working on a cellular level, restoring harmony and alignment within.

About Our Educators
Natalie Reid – Movement & Mantra
I am an accredited 500 hour yoga teacher with a passion for making people feel good about themselves.
I will be offering movement mantra and meditation. Also known as Japa yoga a gentle but liberating way to gain focus and clarity. We do some gentle movements of the body to release trapped tensions and energy along with some breathwork. We then repeat a repetitive sound, word or phrase.
My aim is to create a safe space for those who join me to build a relationship with their mind body and soul.
Yoga is misunderstood by many and the benefits are transformational. I know this as I have embarked on that journey and it’s changed my life.

It’s so easy to do and so underrated as a practice, once we have repeated the mantra I will then guide you on a meditation for complete relaxation

Han, Zen by Hannah Katherine – Self Love
I am a Reiki Practitioner, Self Love Coach, Yoga Teacher, I also work with frequency therapy and have a passion for all things holistic wellbeing – especially spirituality!
The session will have a very relaxed & fun vibe, we will be trying a lot of little ‘tasters’ of self love practices and stopping after each to reflect on how you found them and if you desire to implement them in your daily routines.
I believe that self love is laced into everything on a holistic healing journey, and in everyday life. I am passionate about opening up the conversation on the relationship you have with yourself and how you can begin to cultivate a deep self love to hold yourself in the highest regard – and ultimately empower you.
Please come comfortably dressed for some floor based meditations and some gentle movement.
Please also bring your journal and a pen to note down any reflections you have during the session!
Kate, Core Movement – Yoga Nidra
I am a yoga teacher specialising in yoga for mental health, trauma and cancer.
Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep, is a meditative technique profoundly healing for the body, mind, and soul.
Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of relaxation which allows you to lie in deep state relaxation between waking and sleeping. This state calms the autonomic nervous system that regulates the body’s processes that take place without a conscious effort. In addition, it puts the parasympathetic nervous system into a deeper resting state. Through calming the nervous system, guided meditation deeply benefits the brain and body.
Yoga Nidra offers extensive benefits, yet it is one of the easiest yoga practices –

As a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner, Joanne will show you how to use the power of the mind to get some calmness and balance back into your life.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy developed by world renowned hypnotherapist, Marisa Peer and combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and neuroplasticity. RTT can alleviate both physical and mental issues by getting to the root cause quickly and effectively for lasting results. In this session, you will gain an understanding of how the brain, if used in better ways, will reduce anxiety and stress and empower you to take hold of the reins and live your best life.

Sara will help you fall in love with your self first, and feel empowered and in love with putting your skin and self-care into daily practice.
